I don’t have a magic wand but I do have an amazing and simple technique to teach you. It helps relieve stress, is easy to learn and to use.
Emotional Freedom Technique or Tapping as it is also known changed Mairi's life, helped her heal from chronic illness, anxiety and digestive issues. Now she wants to share it with you.
In this workshop you will learn what it is and how to use it, receive tips for using it on your own at home and have the chance to ask questions.
It is for people new to the technique and those who want to brush up or review how they use it.
